RGS Member Field Trip: Rundel Memorial Building – Local History & Genealogy Division
Join fellow Rochester Genealogical Society members for a special field trip to the Rundel Memorial Building, home to the Local History & Genealogy Division of the Rochester Public Library.
This unique opportunity will provide members with an inside look at one of Rochester’s most valuable research resources. Staff will guide us through the division’s extensive collections, including historical newspapers, city directories, maps, photographs, and specialized genealogical materials. Participants will also learn tips for navigating the library’s digital resources and uncover strategies to make the most of their family history research.
Whether you are new to genealogy or a seasoned researcher, this visit will help you discover tools and treasures to deepen your family history journey—while connecting with fellow RGS members in a historic and inspiring setting.
